Rope social is all about making rope bondage fun and accessible. It is a monthly get together for people interested in rope bondage and is open for anyone to attend. Whether you have rope running through your veins or you wouldn't recognise a knot if it were tied on you, feel free to come and hang out (this could be taken very literally if you're keen!) No worries if you don't have your own rope, there's usually heaps of rope available for you to use.

Rope social is a bit like a munch but with rope added. There'll be funky music to set the mood and plenty of good company so bring your excited pants! Since Wellington is the known rope central in NZ there will always be attendees who can tell you all about the fun you can have with rope and even show a thing or two. Come along with some delicious nibbles, share your knowledge and experiences, introduce a new person to rope, learn new tricks, get to know some like-minded people and share a joke :)

*Please only engage in rope activities here, no other type of play.
*Please tidy up after yourself. We have climbing tape available to use, but please remember to put it back when you're done.
*Photography is permitted only with explicit consent from all of those in the image, including those in the background. Photography is only permitted to allow people to document their own work. No photographers are allowed at the event.
