Tap that iv canula under the skin. Allow the saline to sink under the flesh, eventually stretching it and making it so highly sensitive it may feel like it will burst. The tension of the skin creates a fantastic headspace and a delicious play area on the body for you to enjoy.

Yet you might choose to play another way. Pierce virgin flesh with a razor sharp needle, and pull through that silken thread. Target the next piece of skin, and do it again. Softly pull it taut, tie it off. You have created your first suture.

Edgy play such as suturing and saline are not commonly taught.  They appear mysterious and dangerous to those who want to learn, and there are few teachers willing to share their knowledge.  Satomi shares with us her passion for medical play, a kink she discovered as a student nurse!

About Satomi

Satomi Zpira began her career as an entertainer in 2000. Living in Japan since 1999 she studied traditional music (koto) and dance (nihon buyou), tea ceremony and kitsuke (the art of kimono wearing). 

She was taken under Oda Hisashi's (student of Osada Eikichi) wing in 2001 and embarked on a two year apprenticeship to study Shibari.

Since then her wide repertoire of skills has brought her to all four corners of the world, mixing burlesque elements, Japanese rope bondage and pyrotechnics. 

She often finds herself on the stage of world famous fetish events such as Torture Garden (London, Toronto, Rome, Athens) or Wasteland (Amsterdam), and various Body Art festivals & high events most notably for Vivienne Westwood (Tokyo), Sonia Rikyel (Paris) and Agent Provocateur (Moscow).

A multifaceted and mysterious character, she has also published with her french husband photographer and film maker Lukas Zpira a photography book (Tokyolovedoll by Pan-Exotica) and has graced covers of magazines such as Skin Two, Elegy, Burst and more.
